Ingredients
- 1 Reynolds Oven Bag, large size (14 x 20 inches)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup original style barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 medium onion. thinly sliced
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 4 sandwich rolls
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven bag; place in 13 × 9 × 2-inch baking pan.

Add barbecue sauce and chili powder to bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add onion and beef strips to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.

Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top.

Bake until beef is tender, 45 to 50 minutes. Divide mixture evenly between sandwich rolls.

Microwave: Follow recipe as directed except substitute 1 small onion, chopped, for sliced onion. Place bag in 13 × 9 × 2-inch microwave-safe baking dish. Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in neck below tie.

Microwave on medium 10 minutes. Using oven mitts, turn bag over and rearrange ingredients in an even layer.

Microwave on medium until beef is tender, 10 to 12 minutes longer. Let stand in bag 5 minutes.
