Ingredients
- 8 very large split chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions

Rinse chicken breasts and dry meat thoroughly. Dip pieces, one at a time, into melted butter, then shake in a paper bag with flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, to coat thoroughly.

Place pieces on a greased grill 6 to 12 inches above hot coals (grill temperature should be about 375 degrees). Cook 10 to 12 minutes each side.

Baste during cooking with melted butter. Serve immediately.
