Ingredients
- 6 pieces lamb riblets
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil

Preheat broiler.

Sprinkle meat with garlic salt. Set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients. Brush meat. Broil, 6 to 7 inches from heat, basting frequently for 15 to 20 minute on each side.
