Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder roast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions

Brown roast in a small amount of fat and place in Dutch oven.

Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over roast and cover.

Bake at 325 degrees until done, basting occasionally with drippings.
