Ingredients
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt

In a blender or food processor, combine the flesh of the avocado, coconut milk, olive oil, lime juice, parsley, honey and salt. Blend until smooth.
