Barbecued Pork Shoulder

Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) pork shoulder roast
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- Hamburger buns (optional)

Cover roast with lightly salted water in a large Dutch oven. Cover and cook over medium heat 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Drain, and slice thinly; place in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.

Combine next 9 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon sauce over sliced roast, turning slices to coat.

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve on buns, if desired.
