Ingredients
- 4 medium, firm but ripe, peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch sea salt
Directions

Heat a grill to medium heat. Brush both sides of the peaches with the coconut oil. Grill over indirect heat for 3-5 minutes, flipping once, until the peaches are marked and caramelized.

Heat the honey in a small pot over medium heat until syrupy. Whisk in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Serve peaches with the spiced honey drizzled over the tops.
