Ingredients
- 1 lb. minute steaks, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced green or red bell peppers
- 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup homemade chicken or beef stock
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
Directions

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add meat and saute until browned, about 1 minute.

Stir in onions, garlic, mushrooms, and peppers. Cook until tender, about 12 minutes.

Sprinkle in 5 spice and ginger. Add stock and aminos. Stir well.

Bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, about 3-4 minutes or until sauce has thickened a bit. Serve!
