Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- Celery salt, to taste
- 8 top-sliced hot dog buns
- 1 egg white, beaten
- Celery seeds, celery salt, and black pepper
- 8 hot dogs, grilled
- Sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives, dill pickle spears, celery leaves
Directions

For the ketchup, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Tabasco; season with celery salt.

For the buns, brush tops of buns with egg white; sprinkle with celery seeds, celery salt and pepper. Before serving, grill buns on grill until lightly toasted.

Serve hot dogs in buns topped with ketchup, olives, pickles and celery leaves.
