Bloody Mary Dogs with Seasoned Buns & Horseradish Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • Celery salt, to taste
  • 8 top-sliced hot dog buns
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • Celery seeds, celery salt, and black pepper
  • 8 hot dogs, grilled
  • Sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives, dill pickle spears, celery leaves

Directions

  1. For the ketchup, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Tabasco; season with celery salt.

  2. For the buns, brush tops of buns with egg white; sprinkle with celery seeds, celery salt and pepper. Before serving, grill buns on grill until lightly toasted.

  3. Serve hot dogs in buns topped with ketchup, olives, pickles and celery leaves.
