Ingredients
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup seeded, diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Directions

Whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper flakes in a bowl.

Add cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion; toss to coat. Let veggies stand at least 5 minutes, or chill until ready to serve.
