Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. minced scallions
- 1 tsp. minced lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 slices seedy whole-grain bread

Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.

Mince parsley, garlic, scallions, zest, and salt in a mini food processor, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Add oil and process until combined; season with pepper.

Grill bread slices, uncovered, until toasted and grill marks appear, 1-2 minutes per side. Transfer bread to a serving platter, and spread parsley mixture over top.
