Barbecued Wild Boar Ribs

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 lbs. of boar ribs
  • Basting sauce:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Trim skin and any thick fat from boar ribs.

  2. Saute onion in melted butter in fry pan, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and heat through.

  3. Place ribs over open fire and cook slowly for about 1 hour, basting and turning frequently until well done.
