Bar-B-Q Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 to 6 lb.) boneless beef brisket
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1` 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Place meat in a foil lined roasting pan, fat side up. Mix in saucepan remaining ingredients until sugar melts. Use 1/2 of the sauce under and over brisket. Cover with foil and bake 4 1/2 hours at 275 degrees. Slice thin. Use remaining sauce over brisket when done.
