Ingredients
- 3 fresh pineapple rings, 1/2-inch thick
- 2 mangoes, peeled, halved and pitted
- 2 peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 pkg. pound cake, cut into 10 slices
- 1 lb. strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 5 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Minced zest of 1 lime

Preheat grill to medium. Brush grill grate with oil.

For the salad, grill pineapple, mangoes, and peaches until grill marks appear, about 2 minutes per side. Once cooled, chop fruit into bite-sized pieces. Grill pound cake until lightly charred, 1-2 minutes per side.

Combine grilled fruit, strawberries and kiwis in a bowl.

For the dressing, whisk together honey, lime juice and zest; toss with fruit to coat. Serve fruit salad over pound cake.
