Ingredients
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions

Mix beans, corn and salsa; divide blend among four 8×12-inch. pieces of heavy-duty foil. Top with chicken. Mix seasoning; sprinkle over chicken. Top with bean mixture. Fold foil over chicken, sealing tightly.

Grill packets, covered, over medium heat until cooked though, 15-20 minutes. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
