Ingredients
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced and patted dry
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 1/3 cup julienned fresh basil
- 1/4 cup pitted Greek olives, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Directions

Layer cheese and tomatoes on half of each tortillas; sprinkle with basil, olives, and pepper. Fold to close.

Grill, covered, over medium-high heat, 2-3 minutes per side.
