Corn Harvest Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole-kernel corn
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 4 T. white sugar
  • 4 T. all-purpose flour
  • 4 T. milk or soy milk
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Pour mixture into a souffle bowl.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until top is brown.
