Ingredients
- 16 oz. hot turkey breakfast sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
- 14.5 oz. can chicken broth
- 3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 bags boil-in-bag white rice
- Louisiana hot sauce

In a large nonstick skillet, cook and crumble the sausage with onion and pepper over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, pepper and contents of rice bags; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, 8-10 minutes. Serve with hot sauce.
