Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Beef:
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1-2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 lb. beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch. strips
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salad:
- 8 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
Directions

For dressing, whisk together first seven ingredients.

Toss first 6 beef ingredients. Stir-fry in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned, 2-3 minutes. Remove.

Place salad ingredients and beef on four plates. Drizzle with dressing.
