Barramundi with Asian Marinade

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 scallion, sliced thin (about 2 Tbsp.)
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 4 Australis Barramundi fillets
Directions

Mix marinade ingredients together and marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.

Heat grill to medium high heat. Place fillets on grill for about 3 to4 minutes. Turn over and grill 3 to 4 minutes longer or until turns white and flakes easily.
