Baseball Club Sandwich

Ingredients
- Basil Aioli:
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- Sandwich:
- 3 slices white bread
- 1/4 cup greens, such as a mixture of iceberg lettuce, arugula and mesclun (mixed baby greens)
- 2 oz. thinly sliced turkey breast
- 2 oz. thinly sliced ham
- 2 thin slices red onion
- 3 slices fresh tomatoes
- 3 slices apple-wood smoked bacon, fried crisp and drained on paper towel
- 2 thin slices Swiss cheese

To make the Aioli: Mix ingredients together in small bowl. Let sit for 1 hour to blend flavors.

To make sandwich: Toast bread. Spread aioli on one side of each slice of bread. Place half the greens on bottom slice of toast. Place remaining greens on top, add onion, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and third slice of toast. Insert a toothpick from top to hold sandwich in place. Cut sandwich in half.
