Watermelon-Basil Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup chopped English cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. torn fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine watermelon, cucumber, vinegar, oil and salt in a medium bowl; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with basil and pepper.
