Ingredients
- 6 venison rib steaks
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup onion slices
- 1 thinly sliced lemon
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire
- Dash of tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Directions

Arrange steaks in Dutch oven; dust with pepper. Cover with sliced onions; arrange lemon slices over onion.

Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until browning begins. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil.

Pour sauce over venison; reduce heat to 350 degrees, cook 1 hour until tender basting during cooking. Add water if needed.
