Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) sirloin steaks, trimmed
- 1 tsp. unsalted Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
- 2 cups chopped green tomatoes
- 1 cup canned white hominy, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. torn fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Sprinkle steaks evenly with Cajun seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add steaks to pan; cook 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Place steaks on cutting board; let stand 5 minutes. Cut across the grain into thin slices.

Combine remaining 1/4 tsp. salt, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss. Spoon tomato mixture over steak.
