CHEESE FRENCHEE

Similar to a grilled cheese. May have more flavor if you a piece of meat (Ham, Salami,)

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 6 slices of Bread
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cornflakes
- oil for fry
Directions

Spread mayonnaise on 6 slices of bread

Add 2 slices of cheese

Cut the sandwiches into quarters (triangles)

Mix the Milk, flour, and egg, salt in a bowl

Crush cornflakes with a rolling pin or hand.

Dip the sandwich pieces in the egg batter and coat with cornflakes crumbs

Fry in hot oil 375 degrees. They brown quick. flip after a few seconds
