Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cilantro leaves and stems
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until thick. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
