Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cilantro leaves and stems
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until thick. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
