Ingredients
- FOR THE DRESSING, WHISK:
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce (such as Frank's)
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. each minced fresh dill and chives
- 2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- FOR THE SALAD, ARRANGE:
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken breast or turkey breast
- 1 1⁄2 cups halved grape tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 6 strips bacon, diced and cooked
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
- 2 avocados, sliced

For the dressing, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, hot sauce, vinegar, dill, chives, and garlic; season with salt and pepper.

For the salad, arrange romaine on a large platter; top with chicken, tomatoes, celery, blue cheese, bacon, eggs, and avocado. Serve dressing with salad.
