Greek Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 4 boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. In a large Ziploc bag, add all ingredients; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

  2. Drain pork, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches form heat until cooked through, 4-5 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes per side.
