Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 4 boneless pork chops
Directions

In a large Ziploc bag, add all ingredients; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Drain pork, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches form heat until cooked through, 4-5 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes per side.
