Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp. minced fresh mint
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 cup miso paste
- 1 lb. beef top sirloin steak
- 12 oz. pkg. broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 medium mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Grated lime peel
Directions

For dressing, place first 4 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup of the dressing for slaw. Brush remaining dressing onto both sides of steak; let stand while preparing slaw.

Place the coleslaw mix, mango, edamame, radishes, cilantro and green onion in a large bowl. Toss with reserved dressing.

Grill steak, covered, over medium heat until is reaches desired doneness, 5-7 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes before slices. Serve with slaw. Sprinkle with lime peel.
