Easy Vegetarian Lasagna

Easy vegetarian lasagna.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg no boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg firm tofu, liquefied
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 pkg cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup soy crumble, precooked
  • vegetables (optional)

Directions

  1. Spread layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 9 × 13 pan.

  2. Top the spaghetti sauce with 2 or 3 lasagna noodles.

  3. Pour another layer of spaghetti sauce over the noodles.

  4. Top this layer of spaghetti sauce with the tofu spread, then the cheese, and finally with the cooked soy crumble.

  5. Repeat first 4 steps until the pan is filled.

  6. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 375F for approx. 30 mins.
