Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 16-inch baguette, quartered and split
- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- Sliced provolone
- Sliced radishes, sliced jalapenos and fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Directions

Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and lime juice. Drizzle baguette halves with half the dressing; season. Top with chicken and provolone; broil until cheese is browned in spots, about 3 minutes. Drizzle with remaining dressing; garnish.
