Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 1/2 lbs. bulk Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 1/2 cup sliced jarred Peppadew Piquante Peppers
- Arugula
Directions

In a small bowl, mix mayo and garlic; season. In a large bowl, mix sausage, panko, paprika, onion powder and 2 tbsp. water. Form into 4 thin patties; cook in cast-iron skillet over medium-high until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Serve on buns with toppings.
