Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground chicken
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Large basil leaves

In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken, scallions, and garlic in 1 tsp oil over medium-high heat, stirring often, until chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes. Add lime juice, fish sauce and red pepper; season. Spoon into basil leaves.
