Ingredients
- 1 lb. campanelle, cook
- 12 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 cups hearts of romaine, chopped
- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
Directions
