Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
- 1 package paneer (more see recipe to make paneer)
- 1 container of yogurt
- 1-2 cup water
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 1 vidalia onion
- 4 tablespoons paneer tikka masala
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons salt
Directions

1) cut paneer into large chucks (1" by .5")

2) Deep fry paneer

3) Mix the following: yogurt, tikka masala, garam masala, salt, and water

4) Pour yogurt mixture in a pan and place fried paneer pieces until submerged
-
5) store in refrigerator (2 hours – Overnight)

Cut onions and peppers into big pieces (1.5")

7) mix with battered paneers and place on oven tray

8) Grill/Bake for 20 minutes

9) Remove from oven, place in platter or stakes and enjoy!
