Ingredients
- 1 lb. whole-wheat gobbetti or elbows, cooked
- 1 cup feta, crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
- Salt and pepper
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
