Green Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, mint, cilantro, dill, or chives
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment or a blender. Process continuously until the herbs are finely minced and the sauce is well-blended, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
