Basil Butter

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

Place basil in a food processor; pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients. Process until blended.

Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a log. Refrigerate up to 1 week or wrap securely and freeze.

Use to saute vegetables, tossed in pasta or on top of grilled meat or spread on bread.
