Ingredients
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced (or less to taste)
- 3/4 cup freshly chopped basil
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. lightly toasted pine nuts, or more
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Crushed dried red chili to taste
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
Directions

Combine all ingredients. Freeze in ice cube trays or in decorative molds. To freeze pats, place small amounts of butter on a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet. Place in freezer until pats have hardened, then place frozen pats in plastic bags or container and return to the freezer/
