Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Asian chili paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

In a small saucepan, heat rice wine vinegar, water, brown sugar, chopped garlic, Asian chili paste and salt.

Simmer, uncovered, over medium-low heat until creamy, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Sauce keeps 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
