Basil and Roasted Red Pepper Topping or Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese OR sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted, peeled red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

combine the yogurt, cottage cheese or sour cream with toe peppers, basil, salt and pepper.

Spread on crostini, crackers or soft bread, or dip with corn chips.
