Cocoanut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 3/4 C canola oil
  • 4 eggs
  • FROSTING
  • 1-16 oz frozen cocoanut
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 box 4X confectioner sugar

Directions

  1. Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding, milk, oil, eggs beating until well blended

  2. Pour into 3 or 4 cake tins

  3. Bake 350 until done Cool

  4. Frost

  5. Refrigerate
