Ingredients
- CRUST AND TOPPING
- 3 C flour
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 C (3 sticks) butter
- FILLING
- 4 eggs
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C sour cream
- 3/4 C flour
- Dash salt
- 1 t almond extract
- 2-16 ounce packages frozen blackberries, thawed and drained
Directions

For Crust and topping:

Heat oven 350 degrees

Combine dry ingredients

Cut butter into 1/2 inch cut to bowl and MIX with mixer until crumbly

RESERVE 1 1/2 C
- mixture for topping

Press remaining mixture into 9X13 pan

Bake 12-15 minutes
-
Allow to cool at least 10 minutes

FILLING
-
Whisk together eggs, sugar, sour cream flour salt, almond extract

Gently fold in blackberries
-
Spoon reserved topping over filling
-
Return to oven and bake 45-50 minutes
