- 1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 jar salsa (15-16oz)
- 8 oz shredded cheese of choice

Layer chicken pieces in the bottom of the crockpot

Pour chicken broth, salsa, and cheese over chicken

Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours
