Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted and mashed
- 1 jalapeño, stem and seeds removed, minced (add more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons “Everything” Seasoning Blend, lightly toasted*
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (I used half white, half black sesame seeds)
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon flaked sea salt
- Kosher salt, if needed
Directions

Stir together, jalapeno, onion, lime juice, cilantro, and “everything” seasoning blend with a fork until well combined. Taste, and season with a pinch of two of salt (and/or more “everything” seasoning) if needed.

Serve immediately, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap (so that the plastic is literally touching the entire top layer of the guacamole) and refrigerate for up to 2 days before serving.
