Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
- 5 cups peeled cubed potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 cup peeled, sliced carrots
- 3 cups cored, sliced cauliflower
- 1 cup dices red or green pepper
- 1/2 cup kasha
- 1/4 cup dry red wine/sherry
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- 5 cups sliced mushrooms (about 12 oz)
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
- 1 1/2 Tbs soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 1/2 Tbs cornstarch
