Ingredients
- 4 to 6 Baked Chicken breasts, cooled and shredded
- 1/4 cup julienned (drained) water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb. seedless red or green grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds (or chopped pecans)
- 3/4 cup "Miracle Whip" or Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

Mix mayonnaise or Miracle Whip with curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.

Fold in shredded chicken.

Fold in celery, toasted almonds (or pecans), water chestnuts and grapes.
