Ingredients
- top blade or top sirloin steak
- olive oil
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- red, orange, or yellow bell peppers, or a combination
- red onion
- cherry tomatoes
Directions

Chop garlic and combine with olive oil for marinade.

Cut steak into chunks and marinate for 30 min to an hour.

Cut peppers and onion into chunks.

Arrange all pieces onto skewers (alternate types for best presentation, or like together for best control of doneness) and grill.
