Lemon Pesto Sauce

So much better than a pine nut version! So good on scrambled eggs:)

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 4 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
- Juice of one lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese OR we use vegan Parmesan
- 4-6 tablespoons cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Add basil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor or blender. Pulse until mixture resembles a paste. Continue to pulse while slowly adding the olive oil,add in the parmesan cheese. Adjust to taste.
