Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 Tbsp ghee (or butter)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 3/4 cups water
Directions

In saucepan, heat ghee and then add rice. Stir rice on medium heat for 1 minute. Add water and spices and bring to a boil. Cover and put on low heat to simmer for 18 minutes. Serve hot.
